Each adult must fill out a separate Application form.
More information you provide, more likely you will be approved, especially previous landlord information

Photo ID is required (driver's license, provincial ID, passport, etc.) Please scan or photograph and attach

Credit Report

If the Application goes forward, the next step of the application will require a credit check. To save time, you can attach a recent (from the last 30 days) credit report now. Click here for instructions on how to get a copy of your credit report for free. This is not required now, but a credit check will be required before the Application can proceed to the next step. We can alternatively run the credit check for a fee.
